What a better way to bow down to our savior than by doing so in worship. How many times do you prostrate yourself in prayer? With yoga, this forms of prayer come naturally and you find the full embrace or worshipping Him through movement.

TRY is all about Yoga in God's image. Our bodies were made in his likeness and we are to treat it as God's temple. We strive to build up God's temple while sharing the gospel and combining scripture with movement to keep our temples limber and ready to take God in.
"Honor God with your bodies."

With all the craziness that is going on in the world, we need to be able to find a quiet space. Yoga can help you still your mind so that you can hear God's still and quiet voice. Take some time for yourself and listen to what your body is telling you.... Remember to breathe.
